Terms Of Use
- Users (“Users”) shall use the Application./Service in compliance with these terms, in good faith.
- Our company (“Company”) may amend the provisions of these terms without prior notice to Users.
- Please separately refer to a page prescribed by the Company or a page prescribed by a third person for the use of pay content services (minors shall obtain the consent of their statutory agent(s) to purchase pay content services).
- Where any communication occurs in using the Application./Service, communication fees prescribed by a communication business operator are separately charged.
- Where an ID, password, or the like are given to a User by the Company, the User shall treat them with care in order not to disclose or divulge them to a third person. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by inadequate control, error in use, use by a third person, or the like of the ID and password.
- All copyrights regarding the Application./Service (including rights with respect to compilations) shall be held by the Company or a third person by which the Company is licensed.
- Users shall not conduct any act that falls, or may fall under any of the following items in using the Application./Service:
- falsification of information that is available in the Application./Service;
- acts that infringe upon, or may infringe upon the Company’s or a third person’s copyrights;
- transmission and writing of a harmful computer program or other things of a similar nature;
- acts that libel or defame the Company or a third person;
- acts that invade, or may invade privacy;
- acts that are against public policy or disclosure of obscene literature or images to others;
- acts that are profit-oriented;
- acts that fall under a religious activity or political inducement;
- acts that prevent operation or use of the Application./Service;
- any other acts that breach, or may breach laws and regulations.
- The Company may alter all or part of the Application./Service contents or terminate the provision of the Application./Service without prior notice to Users.
- The Company may temporarily suspend, or restrict use of the Application./Service for operational or technical reasons without notice to Users. In addition, due to the same reasons, delay may occur in provision of the Application./Service.
- Due to the communication environment, Users’ terminal environment, or for other similar reasons, the Application./Service. may not be available in good order.
- The Company provides no warranty regarding the extent of the contents of, and accuracy of the information provided by the Application./Service., and other similar matters.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of their use of the Application./Service.
- Any dispute arising between a User and the Company regarding the Application./Service. shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Depending on the amount in controversy, the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court shall have the agreed exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.
